Overall, I’m very disappointed with this set, especially considering the $800+ price tag and how long I had to wait for it.
The tiles feel cheap, and several arrived with scratches on the backs. Since this was my first set, I wasn’t sure what to look for initially. However, after receiving the set and being underwhelmed by the print quality, I went back to the website to learn more about how the tiles are made. I was surprised to find virtually no information about the manufacturing process or quality of the tiles. For a set at this price point, I expected much better quality and transparency.
I also purchased the mat and bag. The mat appears to be good quality, and I like the print, but it arrived with dirt on the back. This was concerning and left me wondering how it got there, especially for a new product.
The bag is the most disappointing item of all. I received it a couple of months ago but wasn’t able to use it until my tiles arrived. The first time pulling the zipper, several threads fell off. When the zipper is open, there are gaps on the sides large enough for tiles to fall out. The bag is also difficult to zip closed and feels cheap overall. I could understand paying $10–$25 for a bag of this quality, but certainly not $80.
I genuinely wanted to love this set, but the quality of the tiles, the condition of the mat upon arrival, and the poor functionality and feel of the bag have left me very disappointed. For the price, I expected a much higher-quality product and a better overall experience.
Tried to add more than one picture or video, but it wouldn’t let me.

Absolutely Stunning! A True Showstopper!
The Imperial Lotus tile and mat bundle is even more beautiful in person! I chose the Alabaster White tiles, and the craftsmanship, intricate details, and quality are absolutely exceptional. The coordinating mat brings everything together so beautifully. It’s truly a statement piece at the Mahjong table!
Mahj Tile Haus also delivered wonderful customer service from start to finish. You can tell so much thought and care went into creating this collection.

This is a beautiful mat. My only issue is it measures 32 inches x 33 inches. I was a little surprised that it was not as noted in the description but overall it looks great.
I absolutely love these tiles. Outstanding quality & I love the look, size & feel! The emerald backs are stunning & work well with both the imperial bloom mat/clear racks & imperial lotus mat/tortoise racks.
I purchased the imperial lotus bundle with emerald backs & the imperial bloom mat which I love! I also loved the combo of the emerald tiles with the imperial lotus mat so added it to my collection & so thrilled I did.
This is my third Mahj Tile Haus mat! I just can’t get over how beautiful each of them are! I’m excited to show them off. I just can’t imagine how amazing my table will look when I am finally able to purchase the tile sets to go with them. I taught a mahjong class a few days ago and used the imperial lotus Matt and the White Lotus mat and both tables wanted to know where these exquisite mats had come from. The Imperial Lotus mat is gorgeous! I paired it with a simple white tile because I didn’t want to take away from its exquisite beauty! We really have enjoyed playing on it. Thank you for such a beautiful mat!
I originally got this tile bag when I purchased one of the tile sets by the same company. When they had a sale not too long ago, I purchased more of the same tile bags. These hold the really large tiles with plenty of room. I love the diagonal zipper because it’s very easy just to plop open the bag and draw from it when you’re practicing. There’s room for the tiles, the dice and the tile key card in the bag. I have ordered some tags so it’s easier for me to figure out which tiles are in which bag. I would love it if they came in different colors. I have three of the sets of tiles by this company. Fingers crossed that I can get one other set that I I didn’t get, but want. The tile bags are the same high-quality as the tiles and the mats from the same company. I will highly recommend this company and its products.

Absolutely stunning tiles! The detail is amazing. When the sun or lights shines on certain tiles like the dots and dragons, they sparkle like dusted with sugar!
Love the new White Lotus Onyx Rose tiles. I coveted these tiles for awhile and am so happy to finally have them! The tiles are beautiful, with detailed art that is easy to read and unique. The Imperial Lotus set has blown me away. It is a beautiful, sophisticated tile set. The mat just makes the tiles pop. Every suit and honor tile is exquisite in detail. Thank you for the deliberate decisions made when creating this set. I always say it but this is my favorite Mahj Tile Haus set…. But truly a beautiful addition to my tile collection.
Tiles are nice to play with; they have a nice weight to them. Great size. You can easily see the tile across the table. And the Ira are one of my favorites I have seen! I'm sure these will be ones I reach for time and time again.

These tiles are beautiful! They are so detailed they spoil you. Playing with less detailed tiles feels disappointing after playing with these. Saving up for my next Mahj Tile Haus set.
