• Custom or artisan-crafted designs (including monogrammed tiles, personalized mats and customized travel cases).
• Preorder items once the order is placed, regardless of production delays.
• Gift cards and promotional discounts.
• Sale or clearance merchandise.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in pristine condition, and in original packaging with all inserts and accessories.

All returns require pre-authorization; unauthorized returns will be declined.

Mahj Tile Haus products are created with artisanal methods.

Slight variations in color, finish, or pattern may occur and are considered part of the unique quality of the piece.

These distinctions are not classified as defects and do not qualify for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Please provide clear photos and details so we can assist promptly.

Approved cases will receive a return label and instructions; all items must be returned in original packaging.

Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be guaranteed for replacement or refund.

We carefully track every shipment, but in the rare event your order is lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
