All returns require pre-authorization; unauthorized returns will be declined.

Mahj Tile Haus products are created with artisanal methods.

Slight variations in color, finish, or pattern may occur and are considered part of the unique quality of the piece.

These distinctions are not classified as defects and do not qualify for return.

Expected shipping dates will be displayed on each product page and acknowledged at checkout by client.

Shipping and customs processes outside our control may cause delays. By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree that delivery may occur later than disclosed due to these factors, and you accept these terms before placing your order.

Items will ship as soon as they become available and may not ship all at the same time.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order items and shipping destination.

Orders over $1,000 receive Free Shipping and you will see this message at checkout if you qualify.

Please provide clear photos and details so we can assist promptly.

Approved cases will receive a return label and instructions; all items must be returned in original packaging.

Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be guaranteed for replacement or refund.

We carefully track every shipment, but in the rare event your order is lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

At this time we do not currently ship outside of the continental USA. However, continue to check back and we may offer international shipping at a later date.
